Fundamentally, garment making is the same as any design process. It doesnt work unless you give the required time and attention to produce a custom pattern to fit the form and to accomodate the function you seek. Our bespoke service doesn't just start with sewing. Our process starts from spinning the yarn, knitting the yarn into a desired fabric in required construction and count. We can deliver a wide range of knitted fabrics including jersey, interlock, pique, waffle, terry, loopback , fleece etc in cotton and cotton blends.

The fabric will be then dyed, washed and compacted. we have the latest expertise and can execute developments from basic to innovative fabrics. according to the design requirement the fabric will be printed or embroidery will be done. To meet accuracy we In housed automated computerized machines to cut, which is been engineered for single,low and high ply cutting requirements. The most important part is sewing the fabric in to a garment, considering heaps of factors the fabric is sewed to support requirement and the wanted style.

The Final Finishing takes place with thorough checking, all the garments passes through the Needle detector to ensure they are completely free from any broken needles or any metal parts. Once the garment passes through the needle detector it will be pressed and packed for shipping.
